First open picture and split to background then refine mask. Then select again and expand area then apply content aware to remove modle to background. and blur background. then apply a gredient fill with black color. then add white light and add orange light and change blend mode to soft light. after all apply one color look up filter and merge all layer. make a duplicate layer and adjust color with camera raw filter and your picture is complete.

In this video I'm going to show you how to make this type of Photography. This is very simple. First open the Picture and split to background. And open another Picture for Background. And clean face. Then select a smudge tool from tool kit and simply drag on face and face is slowly slowly converted into smoothing. Then go to background and use camera raw filters after using camera raw your background looks beautiful. Then make hairs with smudge brush and opacity of brush depends on you if you want opacity go to opacity option and adjust. Then comes on head and the top of the head you drag brushes opposite side. Then adjust Model and Background. Go to blur filter and blur background. Then If you have any logo and adjust any corner of picture. And your picture is Complete.
