In this video i'm going to show you how to make water color effect on Portrait. And how to use of water color in Adobe Photoshop. First open Picture. And apply some adjustment on Picture.Then make a new Page and drag a baby portrait on new page. And add layer mask on baby Portrait and ctrl + i to convert black mask. After all adjustment use color brushes on portrait. And your picture is complete.
