First open a picture and split to background. And adjust new background behind the girl and if you want a blur effect then go to blur filter and add blur on background image. Add sun light effect on background and little bit on Model. after this add new layer and climping on the layer and use of dodjing and burning tools and ajustment of more in picture. And after adjustment your picture is complete.
