Add brightness on face.
Reduce saturation.
Select layers or group them ctrl + g.
shift + ctrl + alt + e.
ctrl + j.
Open your image in camera raw filter.
Adjust image colors to your preference.
Look the difference before and after.
Create a new layer of gradient fill.
Reduce the opacity or change blending mode to screen.
Create a new transparent layer or add light sky color light.
Reduce the opacity of light or adjust where you want.
Go to adjustment pannel or create a new layer of gradient fill.
Remove black color on face.
Go to adjustment pannel or open curves.
Again create a new gradient map layer or select violet or orange color.
Change violet color to like sky color.
Reduce the opacity or change blending mode normal to soft light.
